Contract to hire
Contract to Hire (C2H) is a staffing arrangement that allows organizations to hire an employee on a temporary or contract basis, with the possibility of offering them a permanent position after a specified period of time.
Under a contract to hire agreement, we offer employee works for the client on a temporary or contract basis for a predetermined period of time, typically ranging from a few months to a year.
During this period, the organization can evaluate the employee's performance, work ethics, and fit with the company culture. If the employee meets the organization's expectations and requirements, they may be offered a permanent position at the end of the contract period.
